Queen Isabella calls you to the field of battle!

Two bear pits,  heavy combat and Rapier side by side, will serve as arena for a show of prowess, skill, and courage!

In her especial wisdom Queen Isabella has called for the creation of teams of young barber surgeons to treat the wounded knights and soldiers before they return once more to the field of battle.

Trimarian Fighters - Enjoy a day of fighting and martial arts classes to hone your skills!

Trimarian Youth - Your service as barber surgeon is needed at the field of battle! You will man a surgeon station in the middle between the two listfields and treat the 'wounded' fighters with bandages, splints, and more as they leave the fight to recover. Among all the youthful barber surgeons the Queen will choose one for their outstanding service in keeping the fighters alive.

Hail, fair gentles and be welcome to the Trimaris Fair of Arts & Sciences.

This day, we invite all duelists to join in a passage of arms to celebrate valor, honor and battlefield medicine!

In each round, combatants will face one another in a passage of five blows with the vanquished retiring to the 'hospital' to be bandaged and refreshed for a second passage.

Functionally: Double elimination, each round is fought to the first person to inflict five telling blows, resetting between each. Losing fighters retire to the hospital tent to be bandaged before their next passage.

Optional rule: After blow. After receiving a blow, fighters have one tempo to respond. If they manage to inflict a touch, the pass is negated. The format may be adjusted to accommodate the number of combatants
