Basic Moneying 

taught by Sir Gocauo Ramiric
8hr class
$5 per student
Limited to 10 students (Unlimited onlookers)

A brief overview of the History/Process of Moneying will be discussed. Students will then shape and then harden a set of 'stem' punches. They will then polish the die faces, layout a design, punch the design onto the die face, and finally strike some coins.

Students will be allowed to keep the punches they make.
Dies will be returned but can be bought for $5

The Art of Comfit Making

Join Lady Philomena and learn how to make this late period sugared treat. This class is a hands-on class. Be prepared to get your hands sticky sweet as we swirl sugar and make treats!

Gyngerbrede

1:00pm

Lady Philomena will be teaching a hands on class on how period gyngerbrede was made. Come learn how easy it is to make this period delicacy.

Cheese Appreciation Class

Class Length: 1 hour
Class Max: 40 people
Supplies needed: people. I will bring everything else.
Description: This is a cheese appreciation class. What is the real difference between cheddar and brie? How does smoked gouda change the palate compared to regular gouda? I will teach about the process that separates the many different kinds of cheese and what to look for in product from your local
cheese monger. There will be plenty of edible examples so you can see/smell/taste the experience.
Age: none.
